UI/UX Designer
This is a product-minded design seat with a commercial job. The work that matters here is highly converting landing pages and websites people remember, not a deck of unused concepts. Three years is the floor because we need someone who has shipped live pages, taken feedback from ads and search, and changed the design when the numbers said so.

What you will own
- Design marketing websites and landing pages from the offer outward: structure, hierarchy, interaction and the path to enquiry.
- Produce work that can be built in WordPress or Shopify without a second invention pass. Components, states and empty cases are part of the job.
- Run lightweight research when it changes the page: competitor patterns, a short interview, a first-click test. Not theatre.
- Sit with SEO and paid media so the page can be found and the ads do not land on a generic template.
- Present the work as a decision, not a mood. Say what you chose and what you refused.
What you need to bring
- At least three years designing websites or landing pages that went live, not only concept files.
- A portfolio of shipped pages. Case notes that show the constraint, the design move and what happened after launch are more useful than a moodboard.
- You design for conversion without turning the page into a funnel template. Clarity, proof and a next step have to live in the layout.
- Strong Figma craft: auto-layout, components, responsive frames and a handoff a developer can trust.
- You can take a messy brief and return a structure before you decorate it.
- You write interface copy well enough that the page does not wait on a separate writer for the first version.
Useful, not required
- Motion used with restraint: hover, page load, a single scroll moment. Not decoration on every card.
- Experience designing for paid landing pages where creative and destination have to match.
- Enough HTML and CSS literacy to know when a layout will be expensive to build.
