Legal
How we handle the information you send us.
This page describes the current public website. It is not a dated revision log.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how Pixoflix handles personal information submitted through this website, including the contact, growth plan, audit and call-request forms.
It describes the site as it works today. It does not invent office addresses, registration numbers, data-protection officers or compliance certifications that are not published elsewhere on this site.
A qualified legal counsel should review this policy before it is treated as a launch-ready legal instrument. The public wording is still intended to be accurate about current behaviour.
Information you submit
When you submit a form, we collect the fields you provide. That typically includes your name, work email, company, and the message or context you write. Phone, website and optional commercial details are collected when you include them.
We also store the page the form was sent from and the type of enquiry, so the request can be handled in the right queue.
We do not ask for payment card numbers through these forms. Required fields are marked. Optional fields can be left blank.
How enquiry information is used
We use enquiry data to understand the request, reply when a reply is warranted, and keep a record of what was asked.
Those uses are ordinary business purposes: responding to a commercial enquiry, qualifying whether we can help, and maintaining a reasonable record of the conversation.
We do not sell this information. We do not use form submissions as a marketing list unless you later give a separate, explicit permission for that. Enquiry permission and marketing consent are not the same thing.
We do not use pre-checked marketing consent.
Data minimisation
Forms ask for the fields needed to understand and reply to a request. We do not require extra profile data to send an enquiry.
We avoid keeping full IP addresses or raw browser fingerprints with the enquiry record. Technical signals may be used temporarily to reduce abuse, then discarded.
Form submissions and storage
Valid submissions are stored in our application database after server-side checks pass. Input is treated as plain text. We do not store executable HTML from these forms.
Failed or abusive submissions may be rejected before they become a stored enquiry.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect enquiry data in transit and at rest. No website can claim absolute security.
If you believe a submission was sent in error, use the contact form and describe the request so we can review the record.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as they are needed to handle the request and maintain a reasonable business record.
If you want a record removed, write to us through the contact form and say so.
Third-party services
Enquiry handling uses the website's own application database. We do not describe processors, CDNs or tools here unless they are part of a configured production integration that handles your personal information.
Links to other websites are outside this policy. Those sites have their own practices.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form.
If you believe we hold information you want corrected or deleted, use the contact form and describe the request. We will handle that as a business enquiry about your data.
Policy updates
We will update this page when the site's actual behaviour changes in a way that affects how enquiry information is collected or used.
The wording on this page is the current description. There is no invented historical revision date.
