Creative systems

A testing system for Meta creative, not a monthly asset dump.

Angles, concepts, hypotheses and variants are organised so media has enough variation to learn without the brand dissolving into random tests.

Why media stalls

Meta cannot learn from one winner and a folder of leftovers.

Accounts stall when production is a monthly panic and testing is a guess. Pixoflix builds a Meta Ad Creative Strategy as an operating system: an angle matrix, written hypotheses, a variant plan, kill rules and a feedback loop from media back to the next brief. Design still matters. Without a system, design has nowhere to go.

What you receive

A creative system media can operate every week.

You leave with a map of angles, a test plan and rules for what gets made next. Production can sit with us or with your designers.

  1. 01

    Angle and objection matrix

The offer, proof, risk reversals and audience objections are listed so concepts are not invented from a blank canvas.

  2. 02

    Hypothesis-led concepts

Each concept states what it is testing and what evidence would kill it, before anyone opens a file.

  3. 03

    Variant plan by format

Hooks, bodies and end frames are specified for Feed, Stories and Reels so tests stay readable.

  4. 04

    Testing framework

What launches together, what waits, and how long a concept is allowed to run before a decision.

  5. 05

    Feedback loop into production

A repeating brief that tells design which angles lived, which died and what the next batch must answer.

Typical constraints

The ads look finished. The learning does not.

  • The account has been running the same three concepts since the last brand refresh.
  • New assets are produced without a hypothesis, so nobody knows what a test was for.
  • Variants change colour and crop but not the offer, the proof or the audience objection.
  • Winners stay live until they collapse, with no replacement in the pipeline.
  • Design, media and the founder all brief different versions of the same ad.

How the work is sequenced

Write the bets, then produce only what the bets need.

We do not start in Figma. We start with the offer and the objections, then we produce the smallest set that can teach the account something.

  1. 01

    Collect offer, proof and objections

Sales calls, reviews, landing pages and the current ad library are read for the arguments that already exist.

  2. 02

    Build the angle matrix

Concepts are grouped by the job they do: awareness of the problem, proof, offer, comparison or risk reversal.

  3. 03

    Write testable hypotheses

Each concept is given a claim and a kill condition so a weak ad is not defended as 'on brand'.

  4. 04

    Specify the variant set

Enough hooks and formats go into production to learn, without creating an unreadable pile of near-duplicates.

  5. 05

    Assign tests to live campaigns

Media receives a launch order and a decision window. Concepts are not dumped into one Advantage campaign to fight in the dark.

  6. 06

    Close the loop

Results return as a next brief. Winners are protected. Dead angles are retired in writing.

When this is useful

Creative strategy is the right engagement when media has nothing new to learn from.

  • Performance has flattened and the creative library is older than the last offer change.
  • A design team is producing volume without a testing brief.
  • An audit named creative fatigue as the constraint, not bidding.
  • Instagram and Facebook need a shared concept system with format-specific variants.
  • Founders are rewriting ads in comments and the account has no source of truth.

What good looks like

A working creative system makes the next ad obvious.

  • Angles with owners

Someone can point to the matrix and say which idea is live, which is next and which is dead.

  • Tests you can read

Concepts change one commercial variable at a time, so a result can be explained.

  • Production with a cadence

The next batch is already briefed before the current winners fatigue.

Related work

Creative-system work will be shown when the process and the ads can be shared.

We will not invent performance multiples. Public examples appear when a client allows the concepts and the testing rules to be described.

Published case studies will appear here when they are cleared.

Questions

Buying questions, answered directly.

  • No. This service writes the system: angles, hypotheses, variant plans and kill rules. Ad creative design produces the files. Many clients run both together.

Next move

If media has one winner and no pipeline, fix the system.

Share the live ads, the last production batch and what sales hears on calls. We will say which angles are missing and what the next test set should be.
