Etereo Stays

A full website rebuild for a premium Goa stay brand

Etereo Stays needed a site that matched a design-forward stay brand and could take an enquiry. The previous site was not mobile-friendly, had no booking path and still carried placeholder copy. Pixoflix rebuilt it from the ground up. It went live at the end of December 2025 and became the foundation for the later SEO programme.

Etereo Stays

A full website rebuild for a premium Goa stay brand

Build

Overview

Project overview

Etereo Stays needed a site that matched a design-forward stay brand and could take an enquiry. The previous site was not mobile-friendly, had no booking path and still carried placeholder copy. Pixoflix rebuilt it from the ground up. It went live at the end of December 2025 and became the foundation for the later SEO programme.

Objectives

  • Replace a non-mobile site with a responsive, conversion-ready one.
  • Give every room type its own page instead of a generic rooms list.
  • Install a real enquiry path with dates, room type and guest count.
  • Carry the existing Etereo identity cleanly across every page.

Challenge

The constraint

The previous website worked against the brand. It was outdated and not responsive, a serious problem for a hospitality offer researched mostly on phones. There was no structured enquiry or booking flow. Photography and presentation did not match a premium position. Load times were slow. Placeholder lorem ipsum was still live on parts of the site. For a brand whose pitch is that comfort feels personal, that undercut the stay before a guest reached the rooms.

Context

Constraints around the work

Etereo Stays (etereostays.com) is a premium serviced-apartment brand in Arpora, North Goa. The brief was a full rebuild, not a patch: a site that could capture enquiries, show the property properly and give guests a reason to book direct rather than default to an OTA. The existing identity (logo, palette, voice) was to be carried through, not reinvented.

Approach

How the work was sequenced

  1. 01

    Information architecture

Five accommodation types each received a dedicated page with tailored photography and detail: Premium Studio, Luxury 1BHK with Private Garden, Superior 1BHK with Terrace, Luxury 2BHK with Garden, and Superior 2BHK with Terrace.

  2. 02

    Conversion path

A consistent Enquire Now call-to-action across the site, backed by a booking form so interest becomes a lead instead of a dead end.

  3. 03

    Content, trust and brand consistency

About and Explore pages carry the brand voice and North Goa context. Testimonials, FAQ and amenity call-outs answer the questions a guest actually has. Logo, palette, type and tone stay consistent page to page.

Decisions

Key decisions

  • Rebuild instead of patch

The old site had placeholder copy, no enquiry path and no mobile layout. Revising it would have left the same structure in place.

  • Carry the identity, do not replace it

The existing Etereo mark, palette and voice were applied across the new templates so the rebuild read as one brand, not a website bolted onto an old identity.

Solution

What we put in place

The site was rebuilt rather than revised. Information architecture followed how a guest researches a stay: Home, Accommodation with a page per room type, Explore, Blog, About, Gallery and Contact. A booking form captures dates, room type, guest count and enquiry details, with phone and email present throughout. Professional stills and short video ("Life at Etereo") replaced placeholder-heavy presentation. Design followed the brand's actual voice rather than a generic hospitality template. Responsiveness and speed were treated as part of the build, not a later fix.

Deliverables

What shipped

  • Full-site rebuild: Home, Accommodation, Explore, Blog, About, Gallery, Contact
  • Five dedicated room-type pages
  • Enquiry and booking form (dates, room type, guest count)
  • Homepage video and professional property visuals
  • Testimonials, FAQ and amenity presentation
  • Responsive templates built for speed and mobile use

Outcome

What changed

The site went live at the end of December 2025, replacing a non-functional, non-mobile site with a responsive one that has a working enquiry path. This study reports what shipped, not measured lift in load time, bounce rate or enquiry volume. Those figures are not published here. The rebuild is the foundation the subsequent SEO engagement built on, which took the new site from zero organic presence to measurable growth in its first 90 days. See the companion Etereo Stays SEO study for those results.

Next study

Launching a real estate brand from zero digital presence

Etereo Realty was launching Etereo 1 in Siolim, North Goa, with no website and no digital presence for the venture. Pixoflix built a project site from scratch: block-level unit detail, developer credibility, RERA on the page, and brochure-gated lead capture. It went live at the end of December 2025.

Next move

If the current site cannot take an enquiry on a phone, start there.

A useful hospitality rebuild begins with the room model, the enquiry path and the brand the guest already expects, not a catalogue of unused features.
